Fetty Wap has been forced to pull his scheduled Reading and Leeds festival performances as a result of earache and a respiratory infection, with him allowing the event’s social media channels to publish his doctor’s note confirming his illness.
The rapper took the precaution of getting evidence of his illness from his doctor’s office, with the note claiming that flying to the UK in order to perform at the festival could lead to “decreased hearing” and “ear drum rupture … due to changes in barometic pressure.” He has reportedly been instructed to not fly for 7 – 10 days.
