The second year of DC Rebirth has arrived, and it’s time for Oliver Queen to once again become a hard-traveling hero! Through the first twenty-five issues of Green Arrow, Oliver has been stripped of his fortune and framed for a murder that he didn’t commit by the Ninth Circle. To make matters worse, Oliver failed his city when the Ninth Circle devastated Seattle and transformed it into Star City. Now, the Ninth Circle plans on taking over other cities in the same way…and Oliver just can’t let that happen, even if means skipping out on his trial of the century.
In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview from Green Arrow # 26, Oliver finds himself on the road when he encounters something strange…even for the DC Universe. Somehow, the wild creatures are displaying superspeed powers normally reserved for the Flash. This means that Barry Allen’s scarlet speedster isn’t far behind!

This issue was written by Benjamin Percy, with art and colors by Stephen Byrne. Otto Schmidt provided the primary cover while comic book legend Mike Grell drew the open order variant cover for this issue. Here’s the official description from DC Comics:
