Additionally, she spoke about their latest effort to deal with homelessness in the country.

TODAY’s recent discussion with Lauren Sanchez also touched upon her and Jeff Bezos’ wedding plans, which she seemed ecstatic to talk about. Sanchez revealed, “I’m getting to it [wedding plans] right now,” before exclaiming that she is “very excited” to be married to Bezos. However, she only shared little details about her upcoming nuptials.
During the interview, the journalist claimed she had been “thinking about the [wedding] dress.” Moreover, Sanchez said she has a Pinterest board “just like every other bride.” It’s been over a year since the couple took their relationship to the next level. Reportedly, the founder of Amazon proposed to her with a pink diamond ring in May 2023.
While on the subject of her and Bezos’ wedding, Sanchez also had a message for the ladies. The 54-year-old claimed she never thought she would be an author or get married. She then explained that “life is just beginning” for her in her 50s. The philanthropist recalled how her younger self thought that “life is over at 50.” She proudly proclaimed, “Let me tell you, it is not ladies. It is not over. It is just beginning.”
Previously, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez briefly talked to Vogue about the wedding and their relationship. She told the outlet they were “still thinking about the wedding,” while her fiancé responded that he would not be involved in the plans. The power couple went public with their relationship in 2019 and announced their engagement last May.
