Pearl Jam’s PJ20 Fest To Include The Strokes, QOTSA & More

Pearl Jam’s 20th anniversary is upon us, and the band is celebrating with a series of reissues, a planned Cameron Crowe film on the band’s journey thus far, news of new album sessions with producer Brendan O’Brien, solo projects up the wazoo and more. The big, beautiful cherry on top has been a topic of intense speculation in recent months, as band members have hinted at a flyaway weekend fest at an undetermined location that would feature the Seattle grunge survivors as well as some beloved musical friends. Finally, we have official confirmation of the details.

Pearl Jam will cap their 20th anniversary celebration with a weekend music festival of their very own making over Sept. 3 and 4, featuring The Strokes, Queens of the Stone Age, Mudhoney, Liam Finn, Glen Hansard and more special guests to be announced.

The event will take place in Alpine Valley, WI over Labor Day weekend, followed by a ten-date Canadian tour (dates below). As for the festival ticket info, the fanclub presale will happen on Monday, May 23 at 10am Pacific. General public on-sale will follow on Saturday, June 4. Tickets are said to cost $89 for reserved seats, $50 lawn, plus parking and service fees. Fan club ticket-pair prices are as follows:

Reserved/GA Weekend Package – A Pair of Reserved Seats for one night and a Pair of GA tickets for the other night. $334/weekend

General Admission Weekend Package – A Pair of GA lawn seats for both nights. $252/weekend

Single day tickets will not be available through Ten Club.
