Manny Pacquiao is one of the best fighters to have ever lived. Which is why it made news on Crave’s RingTV when Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach, who trains Pacquiao, said the fighter will hang up his gloves if Brandon Rios beats him November 23 in Macao.
“It’s over, 100 percent” if Pacquiao is knocked out by Rios, said Roach. “We have a deal. When I tell him it’s over, he’ll say it’s over and that’s it. He’s pretty loyal with his words, and if that happens, it will be the end.”
Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KOs) will turn 35 in December and faces a 27-year-old Rios (31-1, 23 KOs) Rios who seems determined to go straight at Pacquiao inside and outside the ring.
“When I catch his ass, he’s going to go down.”
