Apparently Paul Ruebens isn’t done with his character, Pee Wee Herman. (Enough of the eye-rolling, you!) Ruebens is apparently saying, via Crave’s /Film website, a new movie, which he has been writing for years, now has a director, a budget and a 2014 start date.
Ruebens won’t disclose the director who will lead a new film in the same vein as the previous two nor will he talk about the story details.
There is also apparently a new Pee Wee Herman television show starting next year as well. Ruebens says announcements are imminent so stay tuned all you Pee Wee fans.
