Apparently Gerard Butler’s “Die Hard in the White House” movie, Olympus Has Fallen, found enough of an audience to not only warrant a sequel, but to take the premise international.
Crave’s /Film reported Tuesday the entire cast — Butler, Aaron Eckhart, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett and Radha Mitchell — will return for London Has Fallen.
The two writers of Olympus Has Fallen will write the sequel, but producers are looking for a new director as Antoine Fuqua is not returning.
London Has Fallen chronicles a terrorist attack on England’s capital during the funeral of the Prime Minister, which the President (Eckhart) and his head of the Secret Service (Butler) attend.
