The Cruzan Distiller’s Collection is forged by the Caribbean and polished up by their maker to bring tropical tastes to you with minimal effort on your part.
The Distiller’s Collection includes Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum, the new Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum and the Cruzan Single Barrel Rum. The set was originally created by Hardy Nelthropp, CruzanMaster Distiller from 1959-2007. The story goes that he bottled the rum to share with his friends on St. Croix, aging the different types between five and 12 years.
The rums were hewn from tropical rainwater and molasses — and the sampled taste is fresh with a little snap on the tongue. They’re all a step above the rum you might find in any cheap rail drink.
