Rocksteady appears intent on closing out their run of Batman games in grand style — and the new trailer for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight seems set to send the franchise out with a flourish.
In the PS4 trailer released Wednesday and posted at Crave film site Cinema Blend, we get our closest looks yet at the Dark Knight's new Bat-armor, his sick new Batmobile and a Gotham City under siege that may serve as the story spine for this concluding chapter from Rocksteady.
And while we get a couple badass shots of the mysterious Arkham Knight himself delivering Bats a healthy beatdown, we don't really get much more to help decipher anything new about the character's identity.
Meanwhile, a few members of Batman's classic rogues gallery also pop in just to show they're still around and causing trouble.
Batman: Arkham Knight doesn't hit store shelves in the U.S. until October, but it's a safe bet we're gonna hear a whole lot more about the game at E3 next month.
