2015 has been very good for Bob Odenkirk. Odenkirk’s performance as the title character in Better Call Saul is getting critical acclaim and the Breaking Bad prequel series is already a hit for AMC.
However, Odenkirk will be revisiting his comedy roots very soon. Deadline is reporting that Odenkirk and David Cross have reteamed for a new comedy sketch series on Netflix called With Bob and David.
Odenkirk and Cross first worked together on The Ben Stiller Show, but they are best known for collaborating on Mr. Show With Bob and David on HBO, which ran for four seasons in the ‘90s.

Netflix’s explained the premise of With Bob and David with the following description: “After being dishonorably discharged from the Navy SEAL, Bob and David are back serving our country the way they do best: making sketch comedy. Four half-hours of brand-new comedy featuring all new characters, all new scenes and, most importantly, all new wigs.”
In addition to the four half hour episodes, there will also be a special hour-long Making of With Bob and David special.
Odenkirk will be filming With Bob and David during his hiatus from Better Call Saul. With Bob and David is expected to premiere on Netflix in 2016.
