Arcade Fire Will Perform In Montreal For Haiti Benefit

Montreal’s Arcade Fire have announced several concert dates, including one in their hometown to benefit Haiti, reports said.

Lead singer Win Butler perform under his DJ Windows 98 moniker for Kanpe Kanaval, a relief organization co-founded by Arcade Fire songstress Regine Chassagne, on February 19th, while fellow band member Richard Reed Parry is also on the schedule (The Canadian Press). Chassagne will host the event with actor Rainn Wilson (The Office).

Arcade Fire is also scheduled to play two shows in Europe this July – the NOS Alive Festival in Lisbon, Portugal, and Bilbao BBK Live Festival in Bilbao, Spain. They’ll play the NOS Alive event alongside Radiohead, while the Bilbao event will also include appearances by The Pixies and Father John Misty.

Arcade Fire released Reflektor back in 2013 and have yet to put out another album since. Reflektor was their fourth studio album.
