It’s pretty crazy to think that there are plants out there that can eat animals. This Tropical Nepenthes Pitcher Plant happens to be one of those plants. While their prey usually consists of insects, some of the larger species are able to feast on rats and lizards. The plant produces a syrupy fluid which is used to drown the prey.
