In this preview, the Crime Destroyer has ventured outside of his territory in Swan City to pursue evil in Optic City. Unfortunately for Crime Destroyer, Optic City has its own defender: Blind Justice! We’re afraid that Blind Justice is going to insist upon a superhero team up…and he doesn’t exactly take no for an answer!
