EA has released the official launch trailer for Mass Effect Andromeda, offering a closer look at the next installment in the blockbuster sci-fi series.
Soundtracked by Rag ‘n’ Bone Man’s breakout hit ‘Human,’ the trailer gives us another look at the trials and tribulations that will be faced by Scott and Sara Ryder, along with a few new alien faces that you’ll undoubtedly wind up either shooting or shagging.
Hopes are high for the fourth entry in the Mass Effect series, after many were left disappointed by the notoriously anti-climactic conclusion to Mass Effect 3. The gameplay footage released by EA and BioWare has received a largely positive reception thus far, so it’s hoped that the game will live up to expectations.

Andromeda is set over 600 years following the events of Mass Effect 3, with the Ryders having been in cryo sleep since the Reaper invasion in Mass Effect 2. As the first humans to make their way to the Andromeda galaxy, the Ryders are treated as invaders by the alien species known as the Kett, who serve as the game’s antagonists.
Mass Effect Andromeda will be released on March 21 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
