Meanwhile in Hot Mics: Tiger Woods Tells Golf Ball to ‘F*ck Off’ at Masters (So Much For That Comeback)

So much for that comeback. Not only was no one clamoring to see Tiger Woods with a 9-iron in his hand again, it appears that any composure he once had on the golf course is gone.

The five-time Masters champion recently returned to the game after a long hiatus that started 14 months ago. For those who aren’t fans or followers of the pro athlete, Woods was involved in a severe car crash in California in February of 2021. Woods was the only one involved, which seemed rather odd, but he was reportedly not impaired when he veered off the road.

At the time, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said Woods was “extricated from the wreck with the ‘jaws of life’ by Los Angeles County firefighters and paramedics.”

“The first contact was with the center median, from there then crossed into the opposing lane of traffic, hit the curb, hit a tree, and there were several rollovers during that process,” they said of the wreck. The car was majorly damaged and Woods had multiple leg injuries, which have kept him out of the golfing world.

But all that changed recently when he made an appearance at the Masters. Perhaps it’s understandable that Woods would feel like swearing after all that time away. He’s probably a little rusty.

After his shot par-4 ninth hole rolled away in the wrong direction, Woods dropped an F-bomb – and of course it was caught on hot mic and spread like wildfire across the internet.

Golf fans didn’t seem to mind an expletive in the broadcast; hell, Woods letting a four-letter-word slip was probably the most exciting thing that happened during the tournament.

Welcome back, Tiger. Better fuckin’ luck next time.
