Lizzo Shuts Down Ozempic Allegations After Weight Loss Transformation Reveal

Lizzo continues to block hate as she embraces healing with her weight loss transformation. The “About Damn Time” singer recently called out a follower who questioned if she was taking Ozempic. However, Lizzo shut down the allegations in an Instagram post by sharing details about her weight loss transformation. She has also been keeping her fans updated about her workout routine and her upcoming music. 

Lizzo calls out a follower over Ozempic allegations

On Friday, Lizzo took to Instagram to share an update. The rapper, who has recently been posting about her weight loss transformation, called out a follower over their alleged claims that the singer could be consuming Ozempic for her weight loss journey. However, Lizzo shut down the rumor once and for all.

On Instagram, Lizzo shared a screenshot of the follower’s comment under a separate post that mentioned, “Did she use Ozempic or did she snort coke.” The 36-year-old singer then replied to the user, wondering why they even followed her. Including the screenshot in her latest carousel post, she captioned, “‘oZeMpIc oR cOkE?’ – a fan.”

Lizzo posted selfies alongside a video recording of herself that featured a cheeky caption. The singer stated, “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.” She also put a viral TikTok audio of Dr. King Schultz (played by Christoph Waltz) from “Django Unchained” saying, “It’s like a reward.” 

Over the past few months, Lizzo has given frequent updates about her weight loss journey. She has even shared inspirational messages about coming out of the darkness into healing while posting several workout videos.

In a recent update, the singer gave updates about her upcoming album to her fans. She wrote that it would be the “BEST music of my life” and further clarified that the album was still a work in progress. Lastly, Lizzo thanked her fans for their patience.
