Khalid leveled up his Halloween dress this year by transforming himself into Brock from Pokémon. The character is originally from Pewter City, where he served as the gym leader. However, Brock aspires to be the greatest breeder of Pokémons. He joins Ash, the protagonist in the series, on his journey from the Kanto region to Sinnoh. Later on, he decided to become a skilled Pokémon doctor.
The singer shared some photos of himself in his Halloween costume on his official Instagram account. In the caption of the post, the artist sent wishes to fans for the fall festival by writing, “Gotta catch em’ all! Happy Halloween” with a pumpkin emoji. The caption wittily refers to him planning to catch the Pokémons on his way. It perfectly aligned with the theme of the look.
Khalid’s costume masterfully mimicked Brock’s iconic outfit. It included an orange T-shirt, which he paired with a pair of dark brown pants. The outfit further entailed a green vest with pockets and a belt. He styled the look with a pair of blue and white sneakers, similar to the shoes the character wears in the animated series. The singer even carried a blue backpack to complete the costume. To make the look even more realistic, Khalid transformed his hair into the same funky anime style as the character.
