The Wizards of Waverly Place actor David Henrie has been locked in to play a young Ronald Reagan in a biopic that was announced years ago.
Interestingly, the film won’t be from the perspective of Reagan, rather, it will be through the eyes of a KGB officer that was keeping tabs on him since his involvement with the Screen Actors Guild.
