Rare Replay has made history for Microsoft, topping the UK all-format video game charts and becoming the first Xbox One exclusive release to do so in the region.
The collection, which boasts 30 classic titles from developers Rare including Banjo-Kazooie, Conker’s Bad Fur Day and Perfect Dark, was made available at a budget price of £17, and it has seemingly gone down well with the British public. The game currently sits atop LEGO Jurassic World, Batman: Arkham Knight and The Elder Scrolls Online in the chart.
The top 20 best-selling games of last week, courtesy of UKIE Games Charts, are as follows:

Elsewhere in the chart The Elder Scrolls Online has received a boost in popularity, having climbed up two places since last week and once again making its way into the top 5. Rory McIlroy PGA Tour continues its slow descent down the chart, while Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which lingered at the bottom of the all-format charts last week, has now dropped off entirely.
Destiny, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15 continue to hold positions in the top 20 months after their initial release, with the latter game predicted to receive a sales boost now that the UK’s Premier League football season has begun. With no new high-profile games slated for release next week, Rare Replay has a good chance of maintaining its place at the top spot.
