Exclusive | The Mondo Poster for ‘Air’ Debuts Here

It is considered quite a compliment to call a movie “breathless,” the new sci-fi thriller Air might actually have game the system. How could you call a film about a future in which mankind is running out of air anything BUT breathless?

Regardless, Air seems eager and able to make us gasp. Crave liked the movie when it debuted this summer, and now that it’s coming to home video, the talented folks over at Mondo have decided to work their magic and concoct a classy new poster for the film. We are very excited to debut it right here.

In Air, Norman Reedus and Djimon Hounsou co-star as maintenance workers protecting Earth’s best and brightest, who have been frozen until such a time as the planet is inhabitable again. In the near future, breathable air is nonexistent. Virtually all of humanity has disappeared, and those chosen to reestablish society reside in a controlled state of suspended animation. Two engineers tasked with guarding the last hope for mankind struggle to preserve their own sanity and lives while administering to the vital task at hand. Starring Norman Reedus and two-time Oscar® nominee Djimon Hounsou (Best Supporting Actor, Blood Diamond, 2006 and In America, 2003).

Directed by Christian Cantamessa from a screenplay by Christian Cantamessa and Chris Pasetto, AIR was produced by Chris Ferguson, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, David Alpert and Robert Kirkman, with Norman Reedus, Noah Rosen and Bailey Conway serving as executive producers.
