Crave is proud to premiere an exclusive Jam in The Van performance from the wild Tennessee boys of Diarrhea Planet, who defy their cringe-worthy name with head-banging, fret-shredding bliss.
The boys set up shop at the 2016 JITV X GQ Artist House, where the world’s first solar-powered mobile music studio and performance session platform hosted a series of Jam in The Van performances. The guys are clearly in a prime headspace, moving into the release of their third studio album, Turn to Gold, set for a June 10 release on Infinity Cat Recordings. Planet boys worked with Vance Powell, the Grammy-winning engineer and Jack White confidant, for the new album.

For those not in the know, Jam In The Van is the world’s first solar-powered mobile music studio and performance session platform, providing a one-of-a-kind music discovery experience. Since being founded in Venice, California in 2011, Jam In The Van has featured over 500 artist performances from the likes of Gary Clark Jr., Cody Simpson, Robert Delong, George Clinton, Matisyahu and much more.
JITV’s influence continued to grow in 2016, after traveling over 10,000 miles last year–including stops at Coachella, BottleRock, Cali Roots Festival, Outside Lands and to Austin, TX during SXSW–to bring music fans more than 200 performance sessions of subscription-free content from emerging and established musical acts.
