If you want someone to show you respect, you need to lead by example. Sadly, the following note to students about not wasting ink probably would have gone off without a hitch had it not been done in such a patronizing manner. Then again, if they’d simply treated their students with dignity, we wouldn’t be posting this photo at all. So kudos all around!
