Crave’s CinemaBlend website reported Friday Juan Carlos Fresnadillo was hired to direct the remake Pet Sematary, the 1989 movie adaptation of a Stephen King novel.
Fresnadillo has been attached to a lot of things in the past few years: a Highlander remake and his version of The Crow. Neither is getting made with him.
So far there is no script or word on when a remake might get made.
