Look, I know that a lot has already been said about all the injuries this season, especially by me, but it's my belief that there is no limit to this conversation. I mean, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers (gasp) goes down, and not only him, but even a couple of head coaches are basically on the injured reserve!
When will it stop!?
Alright, enough with the exclamation points, there have been a ton of injuries, we all get it. Hopefully, this epidemic has kept its mitts off of your teams. Inevitably you will love valuable players as everyone seems to be getting in on the IR act, may it be after you've secured a playoff spot.
Here's this week's LOVE/HATE.

Week 10 Love Hate
Colin Kaepernick QB – San Francisco
Kaepernick , I sorely missed you last week as you had your bye. With the news this week of wideout Michael Crabtree returning to practice, the overall value of Kaepernick in the coming weeks is greatly improved. This week though, I don't see Kap having a great game against the hot and stingy Carolina Panthers defense. Expect a big defensive game this week and I'd look elsewhere for your QB if you have the chance.
HATE
Eddie Lacy RB – Green Bay
Lacy made the most of Aaron Rodgers' injury on Monday night by racking up 150 yards and a touchdown in just 22 touches for the Green Bay Packers. For the Pack to survive until Rodgers comes back, the team will need Lacy to continue to put up great numbers. Facing the Eagles in week 10, I can easily see Lacy breaking 100 yards with at least one score. Consider him a good play this week.
LOVE
Hakeem Nicks WR – New York Giants
OK, I am officially asking for a refund on my Hakeem Nicks fan club membership. In what should be a high powered offense, Nicks continues to be mortally afraid of scoring a touchdown, as has been the case since week 14...OF LAST SEASON. Yup, it's been that long long since he's found the endzone . No, I don't care that the Oakland Raiders gave up four touchdowns to receivers last week, I refuse to endorse Nicks anymore until he gets at least one score.
HATE
Jason Witten TE – Dallas
After a solid game last week against the Minnesota Vikings where he caught eight balls for 102 yards and a touchdown, Witten is set to take that production into week 10. The Cowboys face the New Orleans Saints this week in what is sure to be an offensive shootout. The high number of points the Cowboys will assuredly need puts Witten in the cross hairs of yet another solid performance. Start him if you got him because he should put up comparable numbers to last week.
LOVE
Nick Foles QB – Philadelphia
Foles went off like a crazy man against the Oakland Raiders for a whopping seven touchdowns passes last week. While that hasn't assured him the starting job for the rest of the season, Foles is a lock to start in week 10 against the Green bay Packers who will be without starter Aaron Rodgers. While he won't throw seven touchdowns again, look for Foles to put up good numbers against a struggling Green Bay squad.
LOVE
Steven Jackson RB – Atlanta
Oh Steven, I -- and the Atlanta Falcons -- had such high hopes for your fantasy success this season. By this point in the season Jackson owners are just looking for something positive from the guy as the playoffs approach. However, I don't feel this is the week it's happening as the Falcons face the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks are coming off back-to-back weeks where they allowed over 200 yards to opponents on the ground, so look for them to make it an emphasis to stop the run game this week, thus keeping Jackson in check and irrelevant.
