Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) and Djimon Hounsou (Gladiator and Blood Diamond) have hired on to star in Air, according to a report Wednesday from Crave’s Geeks of Doom.
Air, according to the report, is the tale of a pair of employees of an underground cryogenic facility, where they are tasked with taking care of all of the important folks who will one day wake up and hopefully restart the human race. Unfortunately for them, maintaining the most important facility in human history can cause a man to go insane, and they find themselves struggling to keep a firm grasp on reality.
Reedus will be in familiar hands with Air — “Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman is also on board to produce.
Sounds cool. Also sound like they have a good cast to go with the idea. No release date is yet set for Air.
