The NBA's Slam Dunk Contest during All-Star Weekend is played out. The format keeps changing, the game's biggest stars don't compete and there's just a general sense that everything has been done.
But when a 6-foot high schooler can do the things that Carlee Clemons of Raleigh, N.C. did in a high school dunk competition…well, that demands some attention.
As reported by Crave sports site NESN, Clemons put on a show with a few of his slams, showing a leaping ability that players 6-to-8 inches taller couldn't pull off.
Like when the senior guard hops over fellow top recruit Harry Giles — all 6 feet, 8 inches of him.
Check out Clemons' impressive feat above.
