The organisers of Oz Comic-Con have announced the addition of “Community” star Yvette Nicole Brown to their roster of special guests at their Melbourne event next month. Brown is best-known for playing the affable Shirley Bennett on the acclaimed NBC comedy series.
In addition to signing autographs, taking photos with fans, and participating in an exclusive Q&A panel session, Brown will host a special dinner for 10 Oz Comic-Con fans on Saturday, July 1. Tickets for this event go on sale 12 p.m. Melbourne time on Tuesday, June 24 via ShowClix.
Fans attending Oz-Comic Con this year will get to see a roster of guests that also includes “Stargate SG-1” star Richard Dean Anderson, Freddy Kreuger actor Robert Englund, Kristian Nairn, who plays Hodor in “Game of Thrones“, and many more.
Organisers even recently revealed via Facebook that they’re still waiting on “some last-minute guest announcements,” so stay tuned for those. Oz Comic-Con Melbourne takes place on July 5-6 at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton.
