In the alternate world of Injustice: Gods Among Us, the Green Lantern Corps has gone to war with Superman over his tyrannical dominion of the entire planet. Although the Lanterns would have probably done the same thing over Superman’s alliance with Sinestro, the Sinestro Corps and even renegade Green Lantern Hal Jordan.
Superman may be more powerful than any individual Green Lantern, but the Guardians have brought Mogo, the sentient planet Green Lantern into this fight. And just by himself, Mogo appears to have wiped out most of the Sinestro Coprs.
DC Comics has passed along exclusive preview of this week’s Injustice: Gods Among Us Year Two Chapter 18, which finds only three survivors of Mogo’s wraith as Superman’s forces on Earth attempt to locate their leader. Meanwhile, James Gordon and his daughter Barbara Gordon (aka Oracle) remotely lead their allies in Gotham City and the Birds of Prey into another act of defiance against Superman’s rule…
