Man Refusing to Stop Exercising Until Taco Bell Brings Back His Favorite Menu Item Forgets What Shitting Mid-Workout Feels Like

People can get pretty creative when it comes to protests. The traditional ones involve marching, chanting, sit-ins, and, at an extreme, starvation. But one man is trying an unusual type of protest against a fast food joint for eliminating his favorite menu item by exercising every day until Taco Bell brings back the Grilled Stuft Nacho.

For those not in the know, the Grilled Stuft Nacho was available between 2013 and 2015 and consisted of a “flour tortilla, shaped like a nacho, stuffed with beef, cheesy jalapeño sauce, sour cream and crunchy red strips,” according to the Taco Bell Fandom Wiki. Apparently, the menu item garnered quite the cult following and Mexican food fans are clamoring for it to come back into rotation.

But only one man is doing anything about its absence. It’s been 18 months and Taco Bell shows no signs of bringing back the Grilled Stuft Nacho or even responding to the protest, but at least this guy is getting fit in the meantime.

Here he is on day one:

And here he is over a year later:

He’s dropped almost 80 pounds and garnered internet fame in the process. He has over 400K followers on TikTok, and 15.6 million likes. This dude has basically built a fan base begging Taco Bell to bring back the Grilled Stuft Nacho while he works up a sweat.

What surprises us, however, is after getting that swole, why would you wreck yourself with Taco Bell? Someone clearly has never had the shits mid-workout. It’s nice that this guy can literally run for the border now thanks to his increased aerobic capacity, but why would he want to?
