Party Brats on the Grill
Ingredients
- 1 aluminum baking pan
- 4 bottles beer or ale of choice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound bag or jar of sauerkraut
- 2 sliced mild onions
- 16 brats
- Condiments of choice

Preparation: Place pan on indirect heat of grill. Add the onions, beer, butter and kraut. Cook until onions are soft.
Meanwhile grill the brats until cooked through. Add brats to tub and let cook together for 15 minutes. Keep buns warm in foil on warm side of grill.
Serve brats on buns with onions and kraut. Add mustard, ketchup or barbecue sauce if desired.
