Tulsa King Season 3 & 4 Almost Confirmed With Sylvester Stallone’s New Deal

Paramount+ advances plans for its hit series Tulsa King as Sylvester Stallone reportedly finalizes a new deal. Stallone, both the star and the executive producer, prepares to return as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, solidifying the series’ continued momentum. This progress signals promising developments for Taylor Sheridan’s show.

Paramount likely to renew both Tulsa King Season 3 and 4

Sylvester Stallone is close to finalizing a deal to continue his role in Paramount+’s hit drama series Tulsa King for its Season 3 and Season 4.

Stallone plays Dwight “The General” Manfredi and serves as an executive producer. He is set to receive a raise from his Season 2 salary of $1.5 million per episode (via Deadline). Although Paramount+ has not officially announced the renewal, according to Deadline’s sources, a two-season extension is expected.

The potential renewal follows the success of Season 2, which achieved record-breaking viewership. The premiere attracted 2 million global viewers on its first day and 5.4 million within the first week.

Over 35 days, it reached more than 10 million households, outperforming Season 1 by 8%. This strong reception paves the way for further growth, with spinoffs reportedly under consideration, similar to Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone franchise.

Tulsa King follows Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a New York mafia capo. After serving 25 years in prison, he is sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma. There, he establishes a new criminal empire. The series, created by Taylor Sheridan and written by Terence Winter, blends drama with dark humor. Its cast includes Jay Will, Max Casella, Andrea Savage, and Garrett Hedlund. Neal McDonough and Frank Grillo joined in Season 2.

Tulsa King is Stallone’s first regular television role. The series has become both a critical and commercial success. With Stallone’s return nearly finalized, Tulsa King is set to expand its universe and maintain its growing audience appeal.
