She recently appeared on talk show “Late Night with Seth Meyers” to promote the series “Based on a True Story.” Speaking to the host, Cuoco revealed that she had an encounter with a random man who had entered her hotel room while she was in the shower “butt naked.” Going over the hotel room encounter, Cuoco mentioned it was the first time she was talking about it in public.

Kaley Cuoco was caught ‘butt naked’ by a stranger in her hotel room

On Wednesday, Kaley Cuoco made her appearance on Seth Meyers’ talk show to talk about her role in the series “Based on a True Story.” It was when the host asked her about her experience in New York, the actor remembered the incident. She mentioned that although she’d shut it out because of how traumatic it was, memories flashed back while she was getting her hair done for the show.

Cuoco revealed that the incident happened when she was in her hotel room in the city. She went into her shower “butt naked” when she thought of drying her hair. The actor was “dramatically blow drying” her hair which almost felt like a commercial shoot. At that moment, she noticed something strange. Cuoco looked up in the mirror to see a random man in her room. She assumed he worked in the hotel and recalled how he started walking back slowly after seeing her.

When Kaley Cuoco called him out, the man apologized before fleeing the room. While recounting her experience, “The Big Bang Theory” star looked shaken up. Given that the incident happened two hours ago, she hadn’t mentioned it to anyone yet. After sharing the story, she said, “I had to get it out of my chest. It was crazy.”

Host Seth Meyers assuaged the situation masterfully. He joked how Kaley Cuoco had the perfect anecdote to share for a late-night talk show. After a few laughs, they began discussing Cuoco’s Peacock series “Based on a True Story.” The series released its second season on November 21.
