FX Canada Releases Fall Schedule

FX Canada recently announced its fall 2013-2014 schedule, and it’s jam-packed with a number of popular returning dramas and comedies.

“American Horror Story” is back with a frightening season called “Coven,” which explores an entirely new vision from the brilliantly disturbing mind of creator Ryan Murphy (“Glee”) that uncovers the haunting history of New Orleans and some of its most infamous residents. It debuts Wednesday, October 9th at 10pm.

Meanwhile, Season 9 of the smash-hit comedy “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” starts Thursday, September 5th at 10pm. Philly’s favourite bar owners are back, and Dennis (Glenn Howerton) and Sweet Dee (Kaitlin Olson) are less than thrilled by the resurfacing of their loathsome father, Frank (Danny DeVito.) Mac (Rob McElhenney) and Charlie (Charlie Day), however, are quick to try and use Frank and the small fortune he made in the construction business to their own advantage.

Immediately following “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” quick-witted comedy “The League” makes its Season 5 debut on Thursday, September 5th at 10:30pm.

And finally, everyone’s favourite outlaws are back in the eagerly awaited Season 4 premiere of the bold biker drama “Sons of Anarchy,” beginning Tuesday, September 10th at 10pm. Fresh out of jail and back in Charming, SAMCRO encounters new law enforcement and gets right back to business. Jax (Charlie Hunnam), dealing with the birth of his newborn son, is forced to put new plans into motion that could affect the club and, ultimately, his family.
