A couple weeks ago, we brought you a hilarious prank the Minnesota Twins pulled on pitcher Mike Pelfrey. But as awesome as it was, the San Diego Padres' Triple-A affiliate El Paso Chihuahuas just took the prank stakes to another level — and considering this was pulled off by minor leaguers against a longtime Major League talent, this could be a Hall of Fame level effort.
Jeff Francoeur has undoubtedly seen a prank or two during his decade in "The Show" — but apparently, that experience was no defense as his Chihuahua teammates successfully faked Francoeur into believing El Paso pitcher Jorge Reyes was deaf.
And Francoeur bought it for an entire month.
