Kacy Catanzaro is a name I won’t forget any time soon, and not simply because it’s so catchy. Kacy became the first woman to ever finish the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course.
I’ve never watched the show and therefore after seeing the headlines it took me days to finally click. I’m glad I did.
What Kacy accomplished is nothing short of stupid crazy — and by that I mean unbelievable; tremendous; spectacular; jaw dropping. This obstacle course wasn’t built for humans. It was built for Ninja Turtles.
While you can tell it’s incredibly difficult, Kacy makes some of these obstacles look exponentially easier than they really are. Much of this I didn’t even realize was physically possible.
Kacy’s video is still going strong at more than 7.5 million views just one week after its posting. Why is Tim Brown here? I have no idea, but his reaction — as well as Kacy’s boyfriend’s — is priceless. If you’re going to watch anything, start at the 6:15 mark.
