She captioned the gymnastics video saying, “just had to let me cook.” The TikTok video documented her tumbling as a first-year student when she couldn’t make a perfect landing. After multiple synchronized backflips, the gymnast fell on the cushion mat while landing. But this wasn’t the case for the senior Dunne.
Transitioning into showcasing her tumbling skills as a fifth-year senior, Dunne not only stabilized her landing but also displayed more refined backflips and somersaults in the air. Fans and followers were quick to take note of the improvement and flooded the comments section with praises for the gymnast. In July, Livvy Dunne announced her return to the LSU Tigers gymnastics team for a fifth season. The team’s official website posted a hype video on X (formerly Twitter), where she declared, “I’m not Dunne yet.” She and her team won the NCAA tournament in April before she announced her return.
