WELL THEN. Despite Australia’s producing watered-down local content *cough Top Gear Cough*, it appears that the Australian brand of Whose Line Is It Anyway? will be varying degrees of amazing with a recently-announced cast that is just…bloody tops.
Spearheading the charge of LOLs will be the one and only Rhys Darby, he of Flight Of The Concords fame. Darby will be waxing comical with Cal Wilson, young gun Tegan Higginbotham, Steen Raskopoulos who’s behind Bear Pack, Internationally praised improviser Susie Youssef, Bridie Connell and Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s ‘Best Newcomer’ Tom Walker.
Already we knew bourgeoning presenter Tommy Little would be channeling his best Drew Carry as host. According to Decider, The show has been locked in for 10 episodes and they aren’t wasting any time. Filming has already begun in it’s Melbourne HQ with the first episode set to air in the second half of 2016.
The rotating roster will operate just like in the origin series and no doubt, hilarity will ensure thusly.
