It’s official. Lady Gaga will be the half time performer for Super Bowl LI.
The pop artist announced it on her Twitter account Thursday evening.
The game is February 5, 2017 at NRG Stadium in Houston. It’s a solid choice. She’s still young, relevant and incredibly talented — which in the past (aside from Beyonce/Bruno Mars/Coldplay last year), only one of those three things can be said about many recent Super Bowl halftime performers.
Gaga’s hits include: “Poker Face,” “Bad Romance,” “Born This Way” and “Applause.”
Lady Gaga sang the National Anthem before last year’s Super Bowl and killed it.
