Kanye West could be set to embark upon a UK tour, resurrecting the cancelled European leg of his ‘Saint Pablo’ tour and bringing his divisive show to the continent.
Kanye had reportedly pulled plans to appear in Europe after he was hospitalised in November, with the rapper suffering from “severe sleep deprivation” following a series of bizarre rants during the US leg of his tour, in which he called out the likes of Beyonce and Jay-Z. But now he is allegedly looking to resume the tour, finally bringing it to the UK and Europe later this year.
A source reportedly close to Kanye’s camp told E! Entertainment: “Kanye has a few surprise projects coming up that involves music and concerts in the spring and summer. Plus he is working on his fashion line and some collaborations. Kanye wants to finish the tour. He loves his show, and he wants everyone in the world to see it.”

While the comments made by this anonymous source should be taken with a pinch of salt, Kanye has already expressed his desire to perform his Life of Pablo album in the UK, so him resuming the tour after he has recovered isn’t exactly a stretch of the imagination. Back in August, Kanye spoke of how he would bring the tour to the UK, telling BBC Radio’s Annie Mac: “Whenever I’m in London, whenever I’m in Paris or in Germany, I feel an amount of love, respect and appreciation more than when I’m in America. It’s something where people look at musicians like artists!”
There is no official word from Kanye West’s camp regarding whether or not these rumours are true. After the Saint Pablo tour was prematurely brought to an end in December, promoters Live Nation have not announced when or if he will return to the tour following his hiatus.
