When Mike Tyson released a rap the other day he was being completely serious, so it was very easy to laugh at him from the safety of our room. But since the doctor below is just poking fun at herself, all while delivering some pretty important information, this rap video becomes a hell of a good time.
Shannon Dowler, a North Carolina-based doctor, decided to make a rap all about letting old folks know about the importance of safe sex even at their age. So yes, there’s a big chance your grandparents are still getting down and dirty. Sorry for the image.
Dowler decided to use Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby” beat, which is just a beat he stole from Queen. And in the end we got this gem.

What’s most impressive is that Dowler herself wrote the lyrics, and it’s pretty damn catchy, and has better lyrics than “Ice Ice Baby.”
