Gordon Ramsay is back and this time he’ll be live! Based on his Gordon Ramsay’s hit U.K. series, each distinctive and fast-paced hour of the appropriately titled The F Word (May 31st) combines good food and great cooking with Ramsay’s passion, energy and humour in a one-of-a-kind live series.

The Amazing Race Canada

The Amazing Race Canada is back to celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary of confederation with a fifth season on July 4. The country’s most-watched summer series for four years in a row, this season has all the non-stop, action-packed adventure viewers have grown to love, as the racers travel across Canada and the world in the hopes of being the last team standing.

American Ninja Warrior

Think you can do the salmon ladder? So do these competitors. The popular American competition reality series will be hyping up Canadians across the country this summer.
