If you think size doesn’t matter, you’ve clearly never celebrated a special occasion with a penis cake. Because when it comes to cake, size definitely matters. (When it comes to your manhood, girth may actually be more important.) Don’t believe us? Just ask actress Gillian Anderson, who honored Sex Education’s wins at the 2021 Emmy Awards with a massive phallic pastry.
“Let them eat cake!” the X-Files alum captioned a pic of the naughty dessert. “Thank you thank you thank you @gabrielahearst @arnaudcauchois @chloe #sizedoesmatter #penisoftheyear”
The edible dick was decorated with a pair of impressive balls, a pink tip, and a gold crown.
“Congrats on a BIG one!” a banner of icing beneath the cake read. It was signed by “Gabi & the Chloé team,” which refers to designer Gabriela Hearst and the fashionistas who decked Anderson out in that stunning white, fringed ensemble – which included penis charms around the waist.
While Anderson wasn’t nominated for her role as a sex therapist on the Netflix comedy series, she did win a statue for her role as Margaret Thatcher on The Crown. We’re pretty sure only one of those characters would truly appreciate a penis cake celebration.
