When you hear the word “diet,” you probably think of some awful regimen that involves cutting out carbs, drinking green smoothies, or subsisting on next-to-nothing in order to lose weight. But one fitness influencer says her secret to a rockin’ bod consists of a different kind of diet: a sex diet.
Her name is Ruth Teles and the Brazilian model says that in addition to watching what she eats and lifting weights for two hours a day, she also makes sure to have sex as often as possible – and it helps her to stay in shape.

“Having sex twice a day is like running for an hour on the treadmill,” the 26-year-old told The Sun. “I can lose more than 400 calories without the effort of running.”

What kind of moves she’s executing in the sack to burn that many calories is beyond us…but we’d give anything if she would be our trainer.
