Rockstar has unveiled the first gameplay trailer for Grand Theft Auto Online, and yep, it looks awesome.
As predicted, it looks overwhelmingly huge. Players can buy their own apartments, purchase and customise cars to put in their garage, take part in a spot of golf or take on missions with their friends including bank heists and burglaries. Standard game types such as team deathmatch are also available.
Grand Theft Auto Online will launch on October 1st and will be free to owners of GTA 5, which means that it will likely be released separately as DLC. GTA 5 will be released on September 17th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
