Despite it still being Summer several big hits released during August. There was a $100 million Disney game, a new Splinter Cell, and even a third-person shooter XCOM. However, none of those games could stand toe-to-toe with the purple juggernaut.
The latest UK software sales chart has been released, and sitting comfortably at the top is Saints Row IV. The series’ popularity has grown substantially over the course of its four releases, and it has now earned the title of 4th biggest launch of the year (behind BioShock Infinite, The Last of Us, and Tomb Raider) and leads the August pack.
