Crystal Fighters have announced a brief Australian visit scheduled for early January.
The UK folktronica act are already on board for the Falls Festival and will play two sideshows- one at Melbourne’s The Corner Hotel on January 6 and the Hi Fi in Sydney on the 9th.
Crystal Fighters are returning for their first visit since touring with the 2011 Parklife festival and have taken part in some of the world’s biggest festival this year- Bestival, Reading, Pukkelpop- since the May release of their second studio album, Cave Rave.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 4.
The Roots are making their long-awaited Australian return after a six-year hiatus and will play two additional East Coast shows in Sydney (Hordern Pavilion) and Melbourne (Festival Hall) on December 27th and 28th.
Solange is heading Down Under for her first Australian headline shows and will be making a couple of extra performances at the Prince Band Room in Melbourne on January 7 and the Metro Theatre in Sydney on the 8th.
Indie pop trio London Grammar experienced a ton of success with their debut studio release, If You Wait. The album hit number two on the ARIA charts after its release on September 9. You can catch the trio in Sydney on January 7 at Metro Theatre and at the Prince Band Room in Melbourne on the 9th.
Tom Odell’s debut album Long Way Down soared to No.1 on the UK charts on the back of the ‘Another Love’ single. He’ll be bring his strong live act to Melbourne (The Corner Hotel, Dec 28) and Sydney (Metro Theatre, Jan 2) for a couple of side shows.
