During BlizzCon 2013’s opening ceremony, Rob Pardo announced that its upcoming free-to-play card game, Hearthstone, will be fully supported on iOS and Android.
This is the first mobile game made by Blizzard Entertainment, and also the first to release with no cost attached. Players can collect cards and use them in battle, similar to Magic: the Gathering. Hearthstone is entirely digital, though.
Hearthstone has been in closed beta for several months, but an open beta has been confirmed for the near future. Pardo estimates January 2014. A full release will follow shortly after.
