Los Angeles natives He’s My Brother, She’s My Sister delivered their unique blend of folk-pop, country, punk and indie on the fields of City Park throughout the Halloween weekend music marathon, and while pulling from a slew of EPs and their year-old debut release Nobody Dances in This Town, the quintet’s performance resulted in some seriously impressed festivalgoers, and more than a few new fans.
