Thankfully, One Direction aren’t occupying any categories alongside David Bowie, who is nominated for Best British Male Solo Artist and the Mastercard Album of the Year for The Next Day. Arctic Monkeys are also up for the same gong for last year’s AM, along with being in the running to win Best British Band.
The ceremony will take place on February 19th at London’s O2 Arena, and will be broadcast on ITV. The event will be hosted by comedian James Corden, and feature live performances from Arctic Monkeys, Katy Perry, Ellie Goulding, Bruno Mars, Rudimental and Bastille.
