It was only a matter of time before somebody combined audiences’ love for taxonomy and a proper documentary feature. Shock Till You Drop, in their latest move towards total world domination, has made it happen in The 50 Best Horror Movies You’ve Never Seen, a feature-length look at great, unknown and cult shockers that most audiences have never even heard of, let alone actually sat down and watched. The film joins Shock Till You Drop‘s existing slate of feature-length film releases Solo, Bela Kiss and Fortune Cookie Prophecies, all of which are now available for download.
We’ll have to wait until later in 2014 to see all the films that The 50 Best Horror Movies You’ve Never Seen, but the countdown seems to include the vastly underrated Halloween III: Season of the Witch along with the original Silent Night Deadly Night, Basket Case, Pumpkinhead, Funhouse and Slither, narrated by original Halloween star P.J. Soles and featuring a whole host of horror movie experts including Shock Till You Drop‘s Ryan Turek, the co-host of CraveOnline’s hit horror web series Kings of Horror and The 12 Days of Killmas.
